What happens if I dont like it after spending all this money.
We probably have the best returns policy (if we do say so ourselves).
If for some reason you don't like your Titan Jack (even if you've used it) within 30 days this is what we will do:
1. Organise a pickup and bulky goods return shipping for FREE.
2. Issue a FULL refund immediately.
The reason we do this is because we are so confident you will love your Titan Jack. So if you are thinking about getting a jack, we urge you to give it a shot. There is literally no risk.
What happens if I have issues with my jack?
We've got you covered. If your jack stops working or starts leaking oil under normal use, we'll replace the whole jack for free, no sending it back for repairs, no mucking around.
If you cop a defect straight out of the box, we'll replace it immediately, no questions asked.
All jacks come with a 2-year warranty as standard, and you can upgrade to a Lifetime Warranty for a one-time fee if you want total peace of mind free replacements for as long as you own it (under normal use).
We also stock replacement parts (handles, lever poles, wheels and more) if you ever need them down the track.
